Esther, the founder and director of Goldstar, has over 35 years of experience in the non-profit sector. She holds a Professional Certificate of Management from The Open University and actively consults for the Interlink Foundation. A master trainer, Esther presents workshops across the country, and is the life behind the Goldstar Skills Programme. Her inspiration and drive fuel this innovative program, and her breath-taking vision breaks even the toughest barriers.

Esther is perhaps best known for establishing the Interlink Foundation and serving as a leading consultant for the past 30 years. As a community activist, with decades of experience in the voluntary sector, Esther’s interaction with community leaders and organizations put her in a public position to recognize the gaps in society, specifically in the area of employment.

As a former Headteacher and development worker for the Interlink Foundation, Rivky brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership and management to the team, and is one of the motivating forces behind the Goldstar Skills Programme. As the daughter of the late Rabbi and Mrs Avrohom Pinter, who dedicated their lives to improving education for young Jewish women, she is passionate about perpetuating their legacy and developing their aspirations.

Shana Guttentag BSc (Hons) is a qualified teacher and certified teacher trainer and coach. She works for Torah Umesorah where she is responsible for the development and delivery of their qualification and training programmes and is also the Head of Secular Studies at Bnos Yisroel High School in Manchester. Mrs Guttentag has much experience in the setting up and administration of independent schools and is also an educational consultant who has provided support in writing and developing curricula for a range of courses. Mrs Guttentag has written the assignments for the Goldstar Skill programme and helped with the development and delivery of our Train the Trainer programme.
