Is her journey over before it begins?
She’s smart, capable, and ready to work—but without guidance
or training, she’s unprepared for what lies ahead:

Every year, hundreds of young women leave the safety net of educational
settings and join the workforce. But navigating this new and confusing journey
on their own is impossible for many. Instead, they waste their talents and lose
access to more lucrative options.

Steering her journey onto the right track

The Goldstar employability and soft skills programme addresses all the challenges
a young Charedi woman will face at work. It effectively prepares women for today’s
workplace and provides them with invaluable life skills they can use daily.

Fast forward to our destination

Setting the wheels in motion for brighter futures
Here’s how we do it:
Training
This includes programmes on employability and soft skills, training the trainers and healthy relationships.
Mentoring
We direct a programme to help young women secure a suitable job within 6 months of graduation and support them throughout their first year of employment.
Networking & Collaboration
Continuously forging strong connections ensures our work is a long-term solution to sustainability and self-sufficiency.
Apprenticeship & Hotdesking
We operate an informal apprenticeship programme to help train new employees.
Research
This functions like a railway map, guiding us to meet the specific needs of our community.
Workshops & Events
Workshops focus on teaching about teamwork, resilience, and customer service, among other skills. Events broaden our impact and raise awareness.
