The Employability & Soft Skills Programme offers accredited training to help low-income young women, aged 16-25, prepare for the workplace. Delivered in post-16 educational settings and community settings across London, the Goldstar Skills Programme covers self-awareness, job preparation, communication, ethics, transitioning to work, and remote working. Course content is regularly updated based on feedback from students, educators, and trainers.
The Train the Trainers programme certifies local women as Goldstar Facilitators, advancing their careers while building a skilled team to connect with learners. This initiative boosts local employment and is being streamlined into a more compact format for greater efficiency.
The Healthy Relationships course was created in response to requests from Goldstar Trainers and local schools. Designed for upper secondary students, it builds on modules from the Goldstar’s programme covers key topics such as communication, setting healthy boundaries, fostering empathy, and recognising warning signs in relationships.
