women in our community to succeed. Each one is a community activist
and a dedicated volunteer in a wide range of organisations.

Meet the incredible women driving Goldstar’s journey to success:

Esther Sterngold

DIRECTOR
Esther, the founder and director of Goldstar, brings over 35 years of non-profit sector experience. Holding a Professional Certificate of Management from The Open University, she consults for the non-profit sector. As a master trainer, she delivers workshops nationwide and fuels Goldstar with her inspiring vision and powerful determination.

Best known for establishing the Interlink Foundation and serving as a leading consultant for 30 years, Esther is a prominent community activist. Her extensive experience in the voluntary sector and interaction with community leaders enable her to identify societal gaps, particularly in the area of employment.

*Esther is being supported by a team of dedicated frontline workers who manage daily operations and deliver training.

Rivky Weinberg

PROJECT LEAD
As a former Headteacher and development worker for the Interlink Foundation, Rivky brings a wealth of experience in education, leadership and management to the team, and is one of the motivating forces behind the Goldstar Skills Programme. As the daughter of the late Rabbi and Mrs Avrohom Pinter, who dedicated their lives to improving education for young Jewish women, she is passionate about perpetuating their legacy and developing their aspirations.

Sarah Weiss

CHAIR
A dedicated Public Health & Safegaurding Lead Policy Worker at the Interlink Foundation, Sarah also serves as a Governor for both Yesodey Hatorah Senior Girls' School and Beer Miriam Seminary. As a trained Safeguarding and Health & Safety Lead, she plays a crucial role in ensuring well-being across organisations. Sarah contributes her expertise to the Charedi Women's Health Alliance and has previously chaired the City & Hackney Voice Partnership (Maternity Services), advocating for maternal and family health.

Ruth Erblich

TREASURER
A dedicated Chartered Accountant and Welfare Advisor, Ruth uses her professional expertise to support families in need, helping them access essential welfare benefits and achieve financial stability. Her work reflects her deep commitment to assisting those in vulnerable circumstances.

Eva Lea Feldman

SECRETARY
A specialist Holocaust Studies teacher and a Tour Guide on Trips to Eastern Europe. She is also an active volunteer for social causes.

Pery Margolis

VICE CHAIR
An inspiring Jewish Cultural Studies teacher in seminary, Pery combines her passion for teaching with a creative flair as a Gardening and Planting Designer. She fosters a love for cultural heritage and the natural world in the communities she serves.

Toby Feldman

A passionate advocate for the voluntary sector, Toby is driven by her mission to create meaningful change in the lives of individuals, particularly those facing disadvantages. Her unwavering dedication to community service highlights her commitment to improving the well-being of others.

Riva Stern

A compassionate and skilled Family Support Guidance Therapist and Adviser, Riva specialises in supporting young couples, parents, and teenagers. Her work focuses on addressing a wide range of issues, from strengthening family cohesion to helping families navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Gita Lieberman

An experienced educator and head teacher at Bnos Zion of Bobov, Gita has a proven track record of leadership in the field of education. Gita is also deeply involved in volunteer work, contributing her time and skills to benefit the wider community.
