Our starting point

The journey of a thousand
miles begins with a single step

Goldstar Creative Marketing took the first step in 2013.

After witnessing how many young women embarking on their employment journeys were floundering, we at Goldstar decided to reinvent the wheel. Through creating training programmes and networking and mentorship opportunities we help them ride into the sunshine.

At Goldstar, we hear the unheard and see the unseen. Fueled by a mission to secure equal opportunities for the overlooked/underprivileged, we employed extensive research in developing our primary training course – the Goldstar Employability and Soft Skills Programme.

Relentless in our pursuit of reducing poverty rates among socially and economically disadvantaged young women, our services have grown drastically over the years. Today, we are proud to be an accredited organisation renowned for our transformative programmes and ongoing dedication to the community.

Three thematic drivers are
leading our plans for the future

Reach
We’re extending our reach across the North of England to ensure no young woman gets left behind. We are working on developing strategic partnerships and establishing new initiatives to support a broader audience of women seeking employment training and empowerment.
Quality
We are focusing on elevating our service quality through proactive measures. This includes ongoing investment in Goldstar personnel training, expansion of our mentoring programme with the Youth Mentoring Framework, and the establishment of a community internet hub for enhanced accessibility and support.
Sustainability
To ensure Goldstar’s sustainability, we’re diversifying our funding tracks by boosting contract income and exploring self-generated income options like renting out desk space. We are also seeking suitable premises for in-house training to support our expansion plans and propel our mission forward.
